According to the Quality of Living Survey for the top ranking in the world’s cleanest cities in 2011, released by Mercer, Global Financial and HR Consulting Firm placed Top 3 ranked the cleanest city in 2011, including Calgary, Honolulu and Ottawa. It is based on the level of cleanliness of the city, air quality and air pollution levels. While cities of Canada ranks first and the third cleanest city in the world rankings.

10. Oslo, Norway
Oslo is the world's most expensive city. It is the capital and the largest city in Norway. Founded around 1048 by King Harald III of Norway, the city was largely destroyed by a fire in 1624.
